LNG market14 Aug 2026ArcticGasoline from Morocco and India has arrived in northern Russia. About 30,000 tonnes of AI-92 from Tangier were reported discharging at Murmansk in late July. A first cargo from India arrived on 5 August. Russian press says those volumes are still sitting there. That “stuck” claim is a single source.
