    Hormuz: two ADNOC ships attacked, and a separate UKMTO UAV report

    On the evening of 13 August, ADNOC said two of its vessels were attacked in the Strait of Hormuz. No one was hurt. The same day UKMTO reported a UAV strike on one unnamed tanker. It is not established that these are the same event.

    Arctic Metagas: fire in the central Mediterranean

    On 3 March 2026 the Russian-flagged LNG carrier Arctic Metagas suffered explosions and fire. About 30 crew left the ship and were found safe. She did not sink. Who caused the explosions is not established.

    Arctic: unnamed tanker damaged in ice, insurer pays out

    A Russian insurer has paid more than 53 million rubles after an oil tanker’s hull was deformed in Arctic ice, even with an icebreaker escort. The ship has not been named. Date and position are unpublished.

    Damietta: drone fire on Energos Winter, FSRU still offline

    Egyptian authorities confirmed a drone started a fire on two gas ships at Damietta. Energos Winter took the main hit. The import unit is still out. Who launched the drone is not identified.
